Due to the January 2016 bushfires, there will not be a 2016 vintage release.
We look forward to bringing a 2017 vintage Dolcetto to our loyal customers around July 2017.

Winemaking: Cold ferment using stainless steel. With Strawberry & raspberry red hues, this is a sweet and refreshing summer wine. Plum and berry characters on the palate with a hint of tannin. Best Served Chilled.
History: Dolcetto is a black Italian grape variety widely grown in the Piedmonte Region, Italy. In Italian – Dolcetto – means “little sweet one”. In Italy Docletto is used to make a light easy drinking wine that pairs well with pasta and pizza dishes. It can often be tannic and fruity with moderate to low levels of acidity. Similar to Brown Brothers – Vineyard 28 has opted to make a distinctive fruit driven wine, that can be served chilled.
Food Pairing: Great with BBQ meats over summer. Or splash over some summer fruits with ice cream for dessert.
Cellaring: A wine to enjoyed now whilst young & fresh. Drink now.
