| Vineyard Notes: | Region: Geographe, Western Australia Harvest Date: 28th January 2025 ABV: 10.0% – 5.9 std drinks Vineyard: Vineyard 28 Our Moscato is made from a strain of muscat grapes known as Muscat Rouge a Petit Grains. A red skinned muscat grape, whence the name ‘Rosa’. It is grown on the tuart sands here at Vineyard 28 and spur pruned each year. In spring shoot selection takes place to ensure an open vertical canopy so the fruit can hang clear. |
| Winemaking: | 100% Muscat Rouge a Petits Grains. Hand picked, crushed, cold fermentation to desired residual sugar level. (40-80g/l). Sterile filtered to remove yeast and cease ferment. Cold stabilised, fined and bottled. |
| Enjoy With: | Accompanies blue cheese exceptionally well. For a sweeter treat enjoy with turkish delight. Dessert Tip: Soak fresh peaches in Moscato and serve with vanilla ice cream. |
