| Vineyard Notes: | Harvest Date: 28th February 2025 Rusty’s Vineyard: 8th February 2025 Fiano is an ancient white grape variety originating from the coastal regions of Southern Italy. The traditional name for this variety is ‘vitis apiana’ which translates to ‘the vine beloved by bees’. Grown at our Vineyard 28 and Rustys Vineyard sites, the 2024 is a blend of the two. Cane pruned and grown using vertical shoot positioning. |
| Winemaking: | 100% Fiano The 2025 is a blend of fruit from our two vineyard sites. Wild yeast fermented in stainless and then left on lees in seasoned French oak for 3 months. |
| Enjoy With: | Seafood chowder, grilled whiting, fried chicken or a simple mushroom risotto. |
